Boundary
Surveys
Putting up a fence? Buying a lot? Not sure where
to build a garage? Disputing lines with adjoiners? These are all reasons why you would want to have a boundary
survey.
A boundary survey will typically result with the following:
• Permanent markers placed at the corners of the subject parcel.
• A map showing the configuration and size of the subject parcel.
• A written description of the subject parcel which may later be
incorporated into a legal instrument.
